Why I don’t work to get Red Star orbs

So they just reworked Red Star Orbs in MSF (Marvel Strike Force) and gave out 14 free orbs after the rework. I had 8 saved up, so I had 22 orbs waiting to be opened. I was optimistic, but know only too well that most everything I get is usually a duplicate. So here it goes, I have the full video of all orbs opened below.

Here’s a video I took opening all 22 of the orbs, then a 4* Elite Orb.

Results

Yep, that’s right, out of the 22 orbs, I got 21 Duplicate orbs for 7300 4* credits and a 3* Spider-Man Symbiote which I haven’t unlocked yet…

To top it off, I unlocked a 5* Karnak with my Elite 4* Orb. Nice except for the fact that I have him at 2* and he is currently unfarmable, so what did I get for 22 Red star orbs. Basically nothing that I can use right now.

Results like this are part of why people are quitting this game and I’ve basically stopped all purchases on this game in the last 6 months except for that $10 100 Legacy Orb deal. Why would anyone pay for Red Star orbs when you get so many duplicates and drops.

If they would make them harder to get and at least unlock higher levels of characters you already have, maybe then it would be worth it, but for now. I don’t spend much time on them.
