Hey gamers, today we are looking at the AN-94 Weapon information for the Assault Rifle in Modern Warfare. This gun is new with Season 5, unlocked at Battle Pass tier 31.

The AN-94 is available at Tier 31 of the Season 5 Battle Pass and it has a weapon max level of 68.  It has a standard 30 round magazine size and is a fully automatic weapon. It has good damage, and manageable recoil. It is unique in that the first 2 bullets shoot almost as if a burst, then the rest of the bullets will start firing. Recoil Study

Here we compare the base recoil of the AN-94 when in Full Auto, to the Recoil of the AN-94 when in Semi-Automatic mode. You can see there are two completely different recoil patterns based on Fire Mode. Keep in Mind, the AN-94 has the hyperburst, so in Full Auto, it shoots two bullets right off the bat, followed by the rest of the mag. In Semi-Automatic, for each trigger pull, it is firing 2 bullets, which gives it the faster fire rate.

Recoil Patterns for the Suggested Loadouts Below

AN-94 Loadout Suggestions

Accuracy Loadout

Good for picking off enemies at mid range. Recoil pattern above is about 40% less than base recoil pattern.

AN-94 Stealth Mobility Loadout

Good for staying off the radar with fast ADS Speed. Note that the Recoil Pattern is a bit more spread out.

AN-94 Balanced Loadout

This is a good Balanced AN-94 Loadout, it provides some recoil control, mobility and extra ammo. Note that the recoil is about a 30% improvement over the base recoil pattern, but looks worse due to the 15 extra rounds in the magazine.

AN-94 Semi-Automatic Mobility Loadout

This AN-94 Loadout gives good mobility, with some ADS Speed improvement as well as recoil control. The 3.0x optical scope helps with mid range target acquisition. This build is better suited for Semi-Automatic fire.

Camouflage Requirements

These are the requirements if you’re looking to max each camo pattern.  Complete all of the following to unlock the Gold Camo for the AN-94. 

1. Spray Paint – 800 Kills
2. Woodland – 125 Headshot Kills
3. Digital – 160 Crouching Kills
4. Dragon – 75 Hipfire Kills
5. Splinter – 100 Longshot Kills
6. Topo – 100 Mounted Kills
7. Tiger – 180 Kills w/ 5 Attachments
8. Stripes – 50 Kills Shortly after Reload
9. Reptile – 110 Kills with 0 Attachments
10. Skulls – 35 Kill 3 Enemies w/o Dying

Keep in mind you can only complete the objective after unlocking the pattern.
