Notes on Perk Shards

These are the various locations that have so far been identified, and this guide only covers the perk shards, not the skill shards.

When discovering one of these perk shards, make sure to LEARN the shard, not TAKE the shard, as Learning the Shard will Grant you 2 perks, so with these 9 shards, you can add an additional 18 Perks to your Character!! done as early as level 1 or 2 in the game, which pretty much means you can have unlimited eddies from the start of the game, with any character.

Watson – Northside

You can get 1 perk shard here.

Westbrook – Japantown

You can get 2 perk shards here.
Make sure to get the perk shards from the dead driver and body in the trunk.

Santo Domingo – Arroyo (1)

You can get 1 perk shard here.

Santo Domingo – Arroyo (2)

You can get 2 perk shards here.
(You can get them during the mission with Takemura or during free roam, up to you.)

Heywood – The Glen

You can get 1 perk shard here.
(I already completed the NCPD hustle here and it might be too dangerous for early level players to get this perk shard.)
